San Vicente Club Policies

General Code of Conduct

All members have agreed to our Code of Conduct upon registering their membership and all guests of members agree to our Code of Conduct upon entering the Club premises.

San Vicente West Village is a no photos, no posting, no gossiping property. No photography, videography, audiography or recording devices of any kind are allowed on the club premises, with the exception of privately hosted events.

No uninvited engagement with members or guests you do not personally know is permitted.

No talking on cell phones, except in designated areas outlined in our club policies.

No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on property, including roof terraces.

No disrespectful behavior towards members, their guests or club staff. Members are responsible for their guests.

Should a member’s guest break a club policy, the member will be held accountable. Any member or guest who violates these sacrosanct rules will be asked to leave, and their membership or guest privileges will be suspended or revoked.

  • We value individuality, but members and their guests are encouraged to be respectful in their choice of attire. The Club may refuse entry to anyone not considered appropriately presented, and reserves the right to publish updated dress requirements from time to time. Members are responsible for making certain that their guests adhere to the Club’s dress code as well. 

    Never Permitted:
    - Ripped or torn denim pants or denim shorts

    - Flip flops
    - Men’s sleeveless shirts or tank tops

    - Excessively revealing attire

    Never Permitted in Main Dining Rooms, Indoor Bar, Lounge Areas or Work Spaces:
    - Shorts (with the exception of women’s tailored shorts) 
    - Athletic sweatpants

    Not Permitted After 11am:
    
- Athletic or workout wear

    Conditionally Permitted:
    
- Presentable sweatpants and shorts may be worn in all outdoor areas

  • All guests agree to our Code of Conduct upon entering the club and must put stickers provided by the Front Desk Team on their cell phone cameras.

    WALK-INS:

    Members may walk-in with up to three guests maximum. Parties with more than three guests who do not have a reservation will not be admitted.

    If you arrive separately from your guests, you must provide their names to the front desk in advance. Unregistered guests will not be admitted. 

    ADDING GUESTS TO AN EXISTING RESERVATION: 

    If space permits, you may add up to three guests beyond your original reservation. For example, a reservation for four may be increased to a maximum of seven. This limit applies at all times—whether guests are joining your table or meeting you for drinks at the bar.

    All added guest names must be provided to the front desk in advance. Unregistered guests will not be admitted.

    Guests of members can enter the club prior to the member’s arrival, however guests cannot order until the member is present. If the member does not arrive within fifteen minutes of their registered guests being seated, the guests may be asked to return to the Front Desk to await the member's arrival so that the table may be utilized for a present party.

    Members must stay with their guests at all times. Once a member departs, their guests must leave with them.

    All guests must be 18+, with the exception of Brunch on Saturdays & Sundays from 11am-3pm. 

  • Children of all ages are allowed to come for Saturday and Sunday brunch. At all other times the club is restricted to guests 18 and older.

  • No dogs or other pets (with the exception of recognized service animals assisting persons with disabilities) are permitted on the SV premises. To the extent dogs are permitted on the premises, they must be on a leash no longer than six feet in length at full extension and must remain on the floor at all times. Members may request a form from the membership team to keep their service animal information on file.

  • Members and their guests are prohibited from taking photos anywhere inside the club. Posting images of the club on social media or discussing anything that members and their guests witness during their visit is strictly forbidden.

    The only exceptions are private events and select member programming events.

  • Members and guests are expected to respect the privacy of others. It is strictly forbidden to discuss anything that members or their guests witness during their visit. We also sticker non-members’ phones to remind them not to take photos and videos.
